Clients
Add clients, understand the list, and invite a client to send check-ins.
Add a client
Open Clients and press Add client. Enter the client's name and the email address they will use to sign in. The email must match exactly, in lowercase, or the client's account will not connect to this record.
Read the client list

| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Client | The client's name. |
| Subscription | Whether the client is active, cancelled or past due. |
| CRM sync | Whether this client is synced to your CRM. |
| CRM ID | The client's id in your CRM. |
| Last sync | When the record last synced. |
Use the search box to find a client by name, and the filters to narrow by subscription or sync state.
Clients added by purchases
When someone buys on your trainer site, the app creates or matches a client by email in your workspace. It happens the next time you open the app, not instantly.
- Paid purchases mark the client active.
- Refunded or pending payments keep the client without changing their status.
- A cancelled or past-due payment for someone who is not yet a client is not added.
- The plan's client limit still applies.
Invite a client to check-ins
Open the client
Click the client's name in Clients.
Press Invite to check-ins
The app emails the address on the record. The email names you as the trainer and links to the client sign-up page.
Wait for them to sign up
When they create their account and send a check-in, it appears in your Check-ins list.
You can send one invite per client per day. If a client says nothing arrived, check the email address on their record and ask them to look in spam.
